How to Find Us
Little Feet was founded by Ed Palent in South Miami, Florida 30 years ago. Quickly earning a national reputation for offering both fashion and fit expertise, the store grew rapidly. Little Feet was recognized by Child Magazine in 1994 as one of the top ten children’s shoe stores in the country.

In 1993 Ed’s daughter, Beth, and her husband Buddy Saper opened the Denver Little Feet store. Patterned after Ed’s store, Beth and Buddy brought the same sense of fashion coupled with second-generation shoe fitting experience to Colorado.

The Denver store proudly carries on a tradition of offering customers a truly personalized, old-fashioned shopping experience. In an era of proliferating chain stores, Little Feet provides a breath of fresh air for people seeking a high level of customer service while shopping for quality children’s footwear.

Here at Little Feet we’ve always prided ourselves on not only our knowledge of shoes, but also on maintaining a personal relationship with our customers. That relationship extends outside the store in many ways. We’ve always made an effort to be involved not only in your children’s shoes, but also to help improve the world they explore in those shoes. As a Denver family-owned business, we consider you, our customers, part of our family, and so we care about your kids - the schools they attend, the programs they enjoy, and the world in which they live.

If your children attend a neighborhood school, you may well have seen Little Feet gift certificates available for auction at school fundraisers. We also support numerous charity organizations, including the Colorado Children’s Campaign - which many of you participate in through the Colorado Shops for Kids program. Over the years we’ve also sponsored Families First and Parent Pathways, both of which provide aid to families in need. Additionally, we’ve supported organizations that help make our part of the world a better place for kids and families, like the Children’s Museum, the Jewish Community Center and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Little Feet is proud to team up annually with The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation as a sponsor and participant in The Walk to Cure Diabetes. This year event is on September 12. We invite you to join our team - Aliza's Team Little Feet - to raise money for research and to help find a cure for Diabetes. Or if you can't make it and would like to donate the team, here's a link to our daughter Aliza's donation page. We hope to see there!

While we care about your children’s feet and the shoes they are in, we also care about the feet and lives of those less fortunate. It is for precisely this reason that we have worked with Donate Your Sole, which distributed gently used shoes donated by our customers to shelters in the greater Denver metro area. Working together, we’ve donated more than 12,000 pairs of shoes to those in need over the last 17 years. More recently we’ve established a relationship with Shoes4Shortees, a community program that assists economically challenged children and families. So, please keep bringing in those shoes that your little ones have outgrown. With your help, we hope to make the world we all share just a little bit better.
